Ginny Phillips joined Ron Resnick Group in 2001 after earning her Real Estate license in 1996. Ginny has proven to be a strong asset to the Group and continues her Real Estate education. She achieved her ABR and GRI and earned her Brokers license in 2004. When she is not working with clients, Ginny assists Ron with Listings, Marketing and Contracts.
Ginny was born in Germany but her parents moved to Loudoun County in 1968 where she graduated from Loudoun County High School and James Madison University with degrees in Business Administration and Education. She brings to the Group over 25 years of business management/finance and customer relations experience..
Ginny has 2 grown children and 3 gorgeous grandchildren and enjoys reading, the beach and photography. She’s proud to be working with Ron Resnick Group and works hard to help buyers find their perfect home in our community.KARL KOSLOWSKI, Realtor®, ABR
Karl Koslowski joined Ron Resnick Group in 2006 after achieving success on his own with Long & Foster in Leesburg.
Karl was born in Connecticut, but moved in his early years to Northern Virginia. He graduated from South Lakes High School in Reston and then entered the United States Marine Corp for six years. After leaving the service, he attended Shenandoah University where he earned his Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Karl worked for several years with students and families with developmental disabilities in Northern Virginia before earning his Real Estate license in 2004. He brings to Ron Resnick Group his problem solving skills, his ability to listen and his understanding of the needs of the home buyer. Karl has proven to be a strong asset to the group.
JOYCE ELLIS, Realtor®, CRS, GRI
Joyce Ellis has been a successful, Top Producing, Multi-Million Dollar Realtor with Long & Foster since 1988. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Ron Resnick Group.
Born in New York City and raised in Connecticut, she moved to Loudoun County in 1973 and worked in Leesburg law firms prior to becoming licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 1984. Joyce lives on a small horse farm in beautiful western Loudoun County where she enjoys spending her spare time caring for her horses.
Joyce is a highly knowledgeable and skilled Realtor specializing in negotiations, contracts and bringing transactions to settlement. She is another good reason to place your trust in the Ron Resnick Group.
LOU TINKER
Lou Tinker joined Ron Resnick Group in 1997 and worked for several years as Listings and Marketing Director and assisted Ron with his overall Real Estate Business. She also worked as Contracts Coordinator during part of that time.
Lou received her Real Estate license in 1985 and brings years of experience in real estate, business management and customer service. She currently works part time assisting Ron and his Group in all facets of Real Estate sales and marketing, including many special projects.
A native Texas and graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Lou lived in Loudoun County from 1990 until recently moving to Bryce Resort in the Shenandoah Valley. She and her husband spend the spare time playing golf and traveling. Lou’s strong commitment to client satisfaction and to the community, as well as her extensive business and real estate experience, makes her a valuable asset to the Group.
